Cancellation policy

All reservations made directly through MBZ Rentals are non-refundable from the moment the reservation is confirmed.

If the guest cancels the reservation, shortens the stay, arrives later than the booked arrival date, departs earlier than the booked departure date or fails to arrive, no refund or credit towards another reservation will be provided, except where required by mandatory applicable law.

However, if MBZ Inmo, S.L. is able to rebook the same accommodation for all or part of the cancelled dates, a full or partial refund may be issued in respect of the successfully rebooked dates. The refund will not exceed the net amount actually recovered from the replacement reservation and, in any case, will not exceed the amount originally paid by the guest. No refund will be due for dates that are not successfully rebooked.

Requests to change the dates or accommodation are subject to availability and prior approval by MBZ Inmo, S.L.
