House rules

We want you to enjoy your stay and feel at home. Please respect the property, the neighbours and the following rules:

• Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight at the property.

• Daytime visitors are permitted unless otherwise stated in the property-specific rules. Visitors may not stay overnight unless they are added to the reservation and the authorised overnight occupancy is not exceeded.

• Parties, events and excessive noise are not permitted.

• Please respect neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly during night-time hours and any quiet hours applicable to the property or residential community.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

• Pets are permitted only where expressly stated in the property description or confirmed by MBZ Inmo in advance.

• Please take reasonable care of the property, furniture, appliances and equipment.

• Please dispose of rubbish in the designated containers and follow the applicable local recycling rules.

• Please use air conditioning and heating responsibly. Doors and windows should remain closed while these systems are operating, and they should be switched off when leaving the property for an extended period.

• Keys, access cards and entry codes must be kept secure. Lost keys or access devices must be reported to MBZ Inmo as soon as possible.

• Any damage, accident, malfunction or other significant problem should be reported to MBZ Inmo promptly.

• Please respect the check-in and check-out times communicated for your reservation.

• Where applicable, guests must comply with the rules of the building, residential community, swimming pool, parking area or other shared facilities.



• Additional rules may apply to individual properties, including rules concerning swimming pools, barbecues, terraces, parking or other facilities. These will be communicated in the property description, booking information or arrival instructions.

The person who made the reservation is responsible for ensuring that all guests and visitors comply with these House Rules.

Serious or repeated breaches of the House Rules may result in appropriate action under the Booking Terms & Conditions and applicable law.
